S radosťou oznamujeme, že z projektu s názvom "European Union and the Challenges of Modern Society (legal issues of digitalization, robotization, cybersecurity and prevention of hybrid threats)" bola vydaná monografia s názvom "Legal Issues of Digitalisation, Robotisation and Cyber Security in the Light of the EU".

Monografia zhŕňa prácu špičkových expertov v oblasti digitálnych technológií a ich vplyvu na právo. Medzi autormi monografie sú aj naši zamestnanci, ktorí sú zároveň aj členmi riešiteľského kolektívu projektu:

• profesor Blažo s kapitolou "Private Enforcement of the Digital Markets Act: Filling Holes and Creating New Ones in Harmonized Enforcement"
• docent Andraško s kapitolou "Cyber Security of Automated and Fully Automated Vehicles – New Legal Instruments"
• docentka Patakyová s kapitolou "Pricing Algorithms and Anticompetitive Agreements"
• profesorka Yuliia Vashchenko s kapitolou "Energy Sector Digitalization: Issues of Cybersecurity in the EU and Ukraine"
