Early Enrolment to the Course - The Basics of Austrian Private Law  I and II - for the Academic Year 2017/2018

Any second year bachelor´s degree programme student up to the second year (winter semester) master´s degree programme student may enrol in the following courses:

The Basics of Austrian Private Law II

  • courses will be organised in the winter semester of the academic year 2017/2018,
  • even those students who did not complete the course - the Basics of Austrian Private Law I - may enrol in the course - the Basics of Austrian Private Law II  

The Basics of Austrian Private Law I

  • courses will be organised in the summer semester of the academic year 2017/2018.

Students should enrol in both of these courses through the AIS system during the early enrolment period. Students will obtain 3 credits for every completed semester. Once the student completes both semesters, he / she will obtain a special certificate on completion of the course.

Students may gain 25 points for every completed semester for the Erasmus selection procedure, i.e. 50 points for both semesters which the student completes.

The Basics of Austrian Private Law - elective course taught in German

The course is taught by professors and research associates from Vienna University of Economics and Business. Those students who completed both semesters (the Basics of Austrian Private Law I and II) will eventually obtain a certificate issued jointly by the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava and Vienna University of Economics and Business. Those students who completed at least one semester will obtain points which are taken into consideration during the Erasmus selection procedure.
