PROFESSOR GAJDOŠOVÁ PRESENTED THE BOOK "THE SUPREME COURT OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC"
ON THE OCCASION OF THE 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE EXISTENCE OF THE SUPREME COURT OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC WITHIN THE INDEPENDENT SLOVAK REPUBLIC, A BOOK ON THE SUPREME COURT OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC WAS PRESENTED AT A CEREMONY IN BRATISLAVA, ON 26 SEPTEMBER 2023.
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the existence of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic within the independent Slovak Republic, a book on the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic, which provides a historical overview of the development of the highest body of the Slovak general judiciary from 1918 to the present day, was presented at a ceremony in Bratislava on 26 September 2023.
The book was introduced by prof. JUDr. Mgr. Martina Gajdošová, PhD., from the Department of Theory of Law and Philosophy of Law, Faculty of Law, Comenius University in Bratislava, the co-author and head of the collective of authors. Other co-authors of the book are prof. JUDr. PhDr. Tomáš Gábriš, PhD., LL.M. MA, Institute of State and Law of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, Mgr. Renáta Glaser-Opitzová, Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic, JUDr. Peter Kerecman, PhD, attorney-at-law and Assoc. JUDr. Jozef Vozár, CSc., Institute of State and Law of the Slovak Academy of Sciences. The book was published by the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic and Veda, publishing house of the Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava, 2023, 200 pp., ISBN 978-80-224-2010-5.
The speeches were delivered by Ján Šikuta, President of the Supreme Court of the SR, Ivan Fiačan, President of the Constitutional Court of the SR, Ján Mazák, President of the Judicial Council of the SR, Pavol Naď, President of the Supreme Administrative Court of the SR, Peter Sepeši, State Secretary of the Ministry of Justice of the SR, Jana Bajánková, President of the Civil Law Collegium of the Supreme Court of the SR, Katarína Pramuková, President of the Commercial Law Collegium of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic, František Mozner, President of the Criminal Law Collegium of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic, Jozef Milučký, the last President of the Administrative Collegium of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic. The book "The Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic" was introduced by Andrea Moravčíková, Vice President of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic.
