Comenius University in Bratislava, the Faculty of Law, in cooperation with the Faculty of Law, Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, organized in period between August 17th and 31st a Summer School for students from Ural State Law University, Yekaterinburg, Russia.

During the lessons, students were acquainted with the basics of European Union law, the origin and development of the European integration, the principles and functioning of the EU, its institutional systems, as well as the EU judicial system, EU internal market, European labor law, EU competition law, EU company law, the Schengen area...

The project was realized in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, where the participants continued their education in the field of European constitutional law as well as the industrial property law in the context of European law.

Teaching was provided by the renowned teachers and specialists from the Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Law, as well as from the Faculty of Law of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica and the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic. Teaching has a multidisciplinary character and was taught in English.
