Arbitration Conference 2016
The conference will be held on 26 April 2016 (Tuesday) from 9:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. in the auditorium.
Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava
and American Chamber of Commerce in the Slovak Republic (AmCham)
hereby invite you to attend the
ARBITRATION CONFERENCE 2016,
which will be held
on Tuesday, 26 April 2016, from 9:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. in the auditorium of the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava
(2nd floor of the historic building at Šafárik Square )
There will be three panel discussions held during the conference aimed at the following topics:
- Process of selection of arbitrators and arbitration tribunal in light of the last amendment to the Arbitration Procedure Act
- Arbitrability of certain types of disputes with an emphasis placed on corporate disputes
- Annulment of arbitration award
The panel discussions will be joined by significant national experts specialising in arbitration, Slovak judges as well as guest speakers from the Czech Republic.
