Registration of Publishing Activities

The Library of the FLAW CU is, within the scope of its focus and specialization, a department for the registration of publishing activities.
The Library of the FLAW CU registers the primary outputs of publications and responses to the outputs of publications (citations) of employees who are employed at the faculty full-time to the extent of 100 % and also full-time and distance students of doctoral studies.

The agenda of publications registration is governed by the Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic No.397/2020 on the central register of publications and the central register of artistic works (link).

The decree sets out details on the categories of registration of publications and responses to the outputs of publications and other details.

Outputs of publications or responses can be submitted:

In person at the library, in offices NB 526, 527, or at the borrowing desk indicating that they are documents for the registration of publications

If you are not submitting the entire publication, all relevant parts must be evidenced (link).

It also applies that for scientific monographs and chapters in scientific monographs, or edited books, it is mandatory to supply their full-text version, which is a required attachment in the Central Register of Publications.
