M. T. Patakyová presented at the Competition Conference 2026

On May 21, 2026, Associate Professor Mária T. Patakyová spoke at the 2026 Competition Conference, which is organized annually by the Slovak Antimonopoly Office. As part of the final panel titled “Inspections and Other Interventions Under Judicial Review,” she addressed the controversial topic of inspections from the perspective of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights. Her academic perspective complemented the views on this issue from the perspective of the Slovak Antimonopoly Office (presented by Silvia Šramelová) and of legal professions (presented by Martin Nedelko). Overall, the panel drew a large audience and received positive feedback.
