Arbitration moot 2018

Contest for law students - deadline for papers submission: 16 March 2018

ELSA Slovakia is launching a contest „Arbitration Moot 2018“.

It is a traditional nationwide contest for law students simulating the real arbitration.

Student teams have to prepare their papers first (deadline for submission: 16 March 2018) related to a fictitious case prepared by lawyers from Allen & Overy and Taylor Wessing. Best teams chosen from 4 local rounds will advance to the nationwide round and the oral grand finals will eventually be held at the Slovak Bar Association.

The finalists acting as parties to proceedings will be judged by an arbitration panel composed of arbitrators sitting in the Slovak Bar Association Arbitration Tribunal and by attorneys from renowned law firms.
