Experience

ROAT has strong experience in applied legal research and policy-oriented activities, including:

development of legal frameworks for testing and deployment of automated vehicles
preparation of legislative proposals and expert opinions in the field of automated mobility
legal and regulatory analysis supporting public authorities and stakeholders
participation in publicly funded research projects (e.g. Jean Monnet Network, Visegrad Fund, Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Slovak Republic, APVV)
collaboration with governmental bodies, industry actors, and research organisations

In addition, members of the research group have experience in dissemination and communication activities within research projects, including:

preparation of dissemination strategies and communication plans
management of project outputs via websites and digital platforms
communication through social media and stakeholder-oriented channels
contribution to visibility, outreach, and exploitation of project results

The group’s work contributes to evidence-based policymaking and supports the alignment of innovative mobility solutions with EU regulatory requirements.
