The aim of the project is to strengthen in a comprehensive way the teaching of internal market law in the study programmes taught at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. As the current legal practice increasingly requires the deepening of knowledge and skills in the field of the internal market, the European Union, through the Jean Monnet Module No. 600587 project, has supported the teaching of three new courses, starting in the academic year 2018/2019:
Clinic on Public Procurement
Clinic on Competition Law
Clinic on the Impact of the Financial Crisis on Sectoral Regulation
Teaching is focused on the practical application of knowledge of European law through the resolution of simulated legal disputes, argumentation and drafting submissions.
