The Dean of Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Law, Eduard Burda, acting pursuant to Article 45(7) of Internal Regulation No. 2/2024, the Organizational Rules of Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Law, issued on 14 May 2025 the “Statute of the Alumni Club of Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Law.”

The Statute of the Alumni Club of the Faculty of Law of Comenius University comprises 9 articles, which set out the status of the club, the club’s bodies, membership in the club, the concept of founding members of the club, the plenary assembly of the club, the club’s activities, the club’s support fund, the Dean’s Golden Badge, and final provisions.

Focus of the activities of the Alumni Club of the Faculty of Law of Comenius University:

a) creating and strengthening ties between the Faculty of Law of Comenius University (PraF UK) and its graduates, as well as among graduates themselves, and fostering a sense of belonging among the alumni of the Faculty of Law,

b) organizing alumni meetings, typically on the premises of the Faculty of Law,

c) organizing events with the active participation of alumni to support the activities of the Faculty of Law and its graduates,

d) supporting graduates of the Faculty of Law in their professional activities,

e) supporting the activities of the Faculty of Law,

f) motivating students of the Faculty of Law,

g) assisting the Faculty of Law in publishing materials for members of the Alumni Club and graduates,

h) organizing communication activities aimed at Alumni Club members, graduates of the Faculty of Law, and the public,

i) establishing a support fund of the Alumni Club.
