Executive Board of the Alumni Club

The Alumni Club is governed by an Executive Board that deals with important issues related to the activities and operations of the Club. The Executive Board is composed of a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 11 members appointed and removed by the Dean from among the members of the Alumni Club. In addition, the Executive Board also includes the President of the Club and the Dean. Meetings of the Executive Board may be called by the President of the Club or the Dean. A quorum of the Executive Board is constituted when a majority of its members are present at a meeting, and decisions are taken by a majority vote.

The Executive Board of the Alumni Club of the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava consists of the following:
