Plenary of the Alumni Club

 

  1. The assembly of members is called the Plenary of the Alumni Club.
  2. It may be convened by the President of the Club, the Dean or the Presidium.
  3. Every member of the Club has the right to be invited and to participate in this assembly.
  4. The plenary shall have the right to adopt resolutions of a declaratory nature, which shall be valid if a majority of the members of the Club are present at the meeting. After one hour following the start of the meeting, the quorum shall be quorate even without this condition. A majority of the members present is required for the adoption of a resolution.
