Student research assistant
Bc. Viktória Virágová
Viktória is a second-year master's student. She has practical experience as a legal assistant in a law firm and completed an internship at the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic. She currently coaches a team for the Faculty Moot Court. She focuses on legal issues related to the international legal aspects of cybersecurity within the project "Competence Center for the Regulation of Cybersecurity, Privacy Protection, and Cybercrime."
Bc. Marek Mičák
Marek is a first-year master's student at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. In his bachelor's thesis, he analyzed the impact of artificial intelligence on the legal profession and its legal regulation. At the Institute of Information Technology Law and Intellectual Property Law, he will focus on the legal aspects of automated vehicles and assist with scientific activities.
Bc. Bogdan Lukashenko
Bogdan is a first-year master's student at Comenius University in Bratislava. In his bachelor's thesis, he focused on the new legal regulation of cybersecurity and plans to continue his research on its aspects at the Institute of Information Technology Law and Intellectual Property Law. At the institute, he will also participate in research in the field of automated vehicles and their operation.
Nina Michaela Babková
Nina is a 2nd year student in the bachelor's degree program. She is interested in cybersecurity of artificial intelligence systems. As a student research assistant, she mainly focuses on legal issues related to cybersecurity, artificial intelligence systems in the context of smart cities.
