Short-Term Staff Visits

In terms of the short-term staff visits, we can distinguish between:

· SENDING STAFF ABROAD – CU staff visits to partner universities

· RECEIVING STAFF FROM ABROAD – visits of foreign university staff to CU

Since the costs of these visits are borne by CU, the mobility shall be realized by 30 November at the latest so that these visits could be accounted for or any potential reimbursement for them could be done in the respective calendar year.

The visits are realized on the basis of agreements concluded with partner universities.
