Discrepancies in Procedural Aspects of Imposing Disciplinary Responsibility on Students at Comenius University Bratislava

The aim of the proposed project is the procedural aspects of imposing disciplinary responsibility on university students, which, despite its significant consequences for the legal status of students, has not yet been systematically researched. The objective of this project is to determine the extent to which the current legislation and related internal regulations of Comenius University Bratislava provide students accused of disciplinary offenses with guarantees of the right to a fair trial and create a comprehensive procedural framework in disciplinary proceedings. The project is based on an analysis of legal regulations and the decision-making procedures of Comenius University Bratislava in disciplinary proceedings, and the related decisions of administrative courts. Its ambition is to identify application problems and formulate recommendations aimed at strenghtening legal certainty in disciplinary proceedings.
