Archive

The archive of the Faculty of Law of Comenius University has been part of our library since April 2015 and it offers the following services:

· making copies, transcripts and extracts from archival documents stored within the resources of the archive of the Faculty of Law of Comenius University

· providing the individuals as well as legal entities with different services upon a written request

Compulsory information to be set out in the written requests:

Please, proceed in accordance with the following instructions so that your request can be dealt with speedily.

request for confirmation of length of study

request for extract from study plan

request for extract from study results

The requests  shall include the following information:

name and surname + (maiden name)
date and place of birth
purpose for which the confirmation shall be given
length of study (even incomplete)
type of study degree (bachelor, master, J.D.)
postal address /e-mail of applicant to which the payment information shall be sent first and subsequently the requested confirmation

Request for the confirmation of length of study shall be charged by EUR 7 per page.

The request for transcript of final examination report shall include the following information:

name and surname + (maiden name)
postal address/e-mail of applicant to which the payment information shall be sent first and subsequently the requested copy of final state examination report

Request for the copy of state examination report shall be charged by EUR 33.

Please, those who filed request for confirmation of length of study and request for the copy of state examination report, pay the administration fee once you are called upon to do so by the respective employee of the Archive of the Faculty of Law of Comenius University.
