Historia et theoria iuris

HISTORIA ET THEORIA IURIS (HTI) is an electronic peer-reviewed scientific journal of legal science. It is published twice a year. The aim is mainly to support the quality of creating and scientific-qualification outputs of young legal scholars. The practical output is the provision of space in HTI for the continuous publication of scientific articles, which can be used in the process of creating dissertations and habilitation theses of young scientific and pedagogical workers up to the age of 35 in the scientific field of law or in related scientific fields.
