Scope of Competence:
- ensuring the running of moot court competitions at the faculty
- supporting the running of moot court style courses
- managing and supporting coaches
- promoting moot courts at the faculty
Sára Kiššová is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava, where she graduated with a Master's degree in 2020 and subsequently was awarded the degree of philosophiae doctor (PhD.) in European Union law in 2023. Since 2023, she has been an assistant professor at the Institute of European Law and at the same time works as an assistant to the Vice-Dean for the Diplomatic Academy, Assets and Investments, doc. JUDr. Hana Kováčiková. PhD.
In addition to her teaching and research activities at the Institute of European Law, she is also involved in providing clinical education at the Institute of Clinical Education, where she teaches the clinical course Legal Academy for secondary school students and provides moot courts. As a "coach" she focuses mainly on moot courts: the Central and Easter Europe Moot Court Competition, the European Law Moot Court and the Helga Pedersen Moot Court Competition.
Her other work activities at the faculty include the Diplomatic Academy of Karol Rybárik, where she works as the secretary of the academy and also as a lecturer of the courses European Union Law and International Organizations.
