Associate Professor JUDr. Jozef Andraško, PhD. graduated from the Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Law. He currently holds the position of head of the Institute of Information Technology Law and Intellectual Property Law, Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Law. He took part in an exchange programme and studied at the University of Iceland with a focus on international law and Tilburg University focusing on the Information and Communication Technology Law and Intellectual Property Law. Within his pedagogical, scientific and research activities he focuses on issues relating to cyber security, e-Government, electronic identity, open data and autonomous vehicles. He is the author of several domestic as well as foreign specialist and scientific publications. He actively participates in a number of grants.
