JUDr. Kristína Slámková, PhD. is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. After graduation, she worked in an international law firm in Bratislava since 2015, where she dealt with the legal agenda in the field of administrative, environmental and commercial law. She also extended her professional experience by working in public administration, where she held the position of anti-corruption coordinator. She was also a member of the Council of Anti-Corruption Coordinators, which is an advisory body to the Head of the Government Office of the Slovak Republic. In her work in public administration, she was actively involved in legal aspects of administrative proceedings, drafting legislative and normative materials, and providing legal analysis and methodological support in the implementation of anti-corruption measures in the state administration.
She started her academic career in 2021 by starting her PhD studies, which she successfully completed in 2024 by defending her dissertation. She actively participates in scientific research projects and scientific conferences at home and abroad. She participates in the pedagogical process of Bachelor and Master studies and is the chair of the Council of the School of Science and Technology. She is the Vice Dean for Legislation and Legal Agenda and an assistant professor at the Department of Administrative and Environmental Law.
