Doc. Dr. iur. Angelika Mašurová, MLE graduated from the Vienna University, Faculty of Law in 2001 from master's degree programme. In 2004 she graduated from the University of Hanover, Faculty of Law from the study program European Legal Praxis. She defended her Ph.D. thesis entitled „Protection of minority shareholders in mergers and divisions of public limited liability companies according to Slovak and Austrian law” in 2012. Since October 2016 she has been working as an assistant professor at the Department of Commercial Law and Economic Law at the Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Law. Since 2002 she has been working at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Research Institute for Central and Eastern European Legal Studies. Within her pedagogical, scientific and research activities she focuses mainly on corporate law in the Slovak, Czech and Austrian legal system. She is an author of domestic as well as foreign scientific publications on this topic. She also actively takes part in national and international conferences and in national and international projects.
