Religious and secular values in Slovak law

The project focuses on research on the reflection of religious and secular values in the Slovak law. The aim is to name the tendencies of this kind over the last ten years. We ask the question to what extent we can talk about the secular direction of Slovak law. Our hypothesis is that during the last ten years Slovak law is moving away from its secular character. We want to verify the hypothesis by examining the adopted legislation and application practice.
